• Be available for senior match day support, feedback, or attendance as negotiated
• Liaise with the club committee on player development, junior-to-senior transition, and broader cricket operations
• Support and mentor junior coaches in delivering age-appropriate training, on an as-negotiated basis

Ability to develop players technically and mentally across all abilities and roles
Willingness to work collaboratively with volunteer coaches, captains, and committee members
A current or recently retired player who is passionate about giving back is also encouraged to apply
Remuneration
This is a paid position, with a remuneration package on offer for the right candidate. The final amount will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications, time commitment, and potential involvement as a player (if applicable).
