Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kalamunda Cricket Club Inc will be held as follows:
Date: Monday, 15 June 2026
Time: 7:00pm
Venue: Kostera Oval
Please take the time to review the documents listed below prior to the AGM as they contain proposed governance and constitutional updates for member consideration.
Business of the AGM
The business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting includes:
Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
President’s Report
Treasurer’s Report and presentation of financial statements
Election of Committee Members for the upcoming season
General business
Consideration of a Special Resolution relating to the adoption of a revised Club Constitution
Committee Nominations
Nominations are now open for Committee positions for the upcoming season.
Committee positions include:

Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Registrar
Subcommittee Chairs (Men's, Ladies & Juniors)
Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator
Communications / Social Media Coordinator
Subcommittee Member EOI
Members wishing to nominate for a Committee position are encouraged to complete the online nomination form prior to the AGM.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION NOTICE
Members are advised that the following Special Resolution will be considered at the AGM:
Special Resolution – Adoption of Revised Constitution
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Special Resolution:
"That Kalamunda Cricket Club Inc adopts the revised Constitution attached to this Notice, replacing the existing Constitution of the Club, with effect upon registration by the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS)."
The proposed revised Constitution seeks to modernise and strengthen the Club’s governance framework and better align the Club’s rules with current operational practices and legislative requirements.
As this is a Special Resolution, at least seventy-five percent (75%) of Members present and eligible to vote at the meeting must vote in favour of the resolution for it to pass.
